What is A Cooling Off Period?

A cooling off period is a length of time at the beginning of your policy that you are able to cancel it and receive a full refund.

If for any reason your policy does not meet your needs, you have 30 days from the date you received your policy documents or from the purchase date, whichever is later, to cancel the policy and get a full refund.

Please note that Best4 GAP will not give you a refund if you have claimed for the total loss of your vehicle or an incident has happened where you could make a claim for a total loss.
